Diagnostics and repair of night vision devices of any complexity

Our qualified technicians have undergone training at the production facilities of the Alpha-photonics night vision device manufacturer in Germany. The most common problems we encounter when repairing night vision devices are:

• Damage to the housing, resulting in partial loss of function or complete failure of the device;
• Damage to or complete loss of the device's power switch;
• Failure or damage to the optics, resulting in incorrect focusing of the device;
• Contamination of the optics, foreign particles entering the device;
• Failure of internal components of the device;
• Lack of power, faulty contacts in the device;
• Damage to the mounting elements for attaching the device to the helmet.

We perform the following repairs on night vision devices:

1. Diagnostics of the night vision device.
2. Replacement of the device's on/off switch.
3. Cleaning of the optical system (as part of comprehensive work).
4. Adjustment, regulation, and calibration of night vision devices.
5. Diagnostics and repair of internal circuit boards and connections.
6. Repair of the battery compartment.
7. Replacement of key device components, such as the electro-optical converter (EOC), lens, and housing.
8. Reinstallation (repackaging) of the electron-optical converter (EOC) from one housing to another.
9. Assembly of two monoculars into binoculars.
