PVS14 Gen 3 R night vision monocular: features and price
The PVS14
night vision monocular is a professional device designed for observation at
dusk and at night, with a manual brightness adjustment function. The device is
made of durable material, has a lightweight and compact body with a built-in
LED IR illuminator with an output power of 20 mW. This device is combined with
any daytime optics and adapts to photo and video cameras. Night vision is
provided by a modern photocathode tube on an electron-optical converter (EOC).
The bright light shutdown function protects the high-quality photocathode tube
from strong spot light. Using a special mount, the device can be attached to a
helmet.
This device is
specially designed for military use, as it was designed in accordance with
military standards to ensure the fulfillment of the following purposes -
observation or movement in the dark, reconnaissance operations, staying in
unlit rooms, for use by car drivers while driving in the dark, fog or in
conditions of poor visibility.

observation range due to the optimally designed optical system and complex
night optics with a very high relative aperture of 1x24 mm (F1.2). The value of
the observation range in meters strongly depends on the class and technical

possibility of high-quality photo and video shooting (using the internal thread
on the eyepiece of the device).
